The space

Comfy couches and cable TV are in the living room. There's a spacious dining table where you can enjoy your food with your loved ones or friends.

Cook your meals in the kitchen that is packed with appliances, cookware, and other things.

There is a bedroom downstairs with a bunk bed. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. One has a bunk bed as well, and the other two have a king-sized bed each. All have soft linens and amazing mattresses for a good sleep.

Downstairs, there's a bathroom (with washer) and a powder room. Upstairs, one bedroom has an ensuite and a bathroom in the hallway.

The balcony overlooks the lake and the rest of The Springs. Dine alfresco with outside with a big umbrella. There's also a hangout area to unwind.

Guests have access to community pool, parks, and parking.

Other things to note

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking outside of the villa only.
